Once called the sex symbol of Hollywood, his gaze from the screen made the hearts of millions of women around the world skip a beat. In the 1980s, Mickey Rourke was a star – charismatic, rebellious, dangerous and vulnerable at the same time.
His roles in 9 1/2 Weeks, Barfly, and Angel Heart earned him a reputation as an actor with powerful energy and extraordinary screen presence.
