Cake with flowers and a fancy dinner: Meghan Markle modestly celebrated her 44th birthday

In 2018, the Hollywood actress married Prince Harry, grandson of Queen Elizabeth II. On January 8, 2020, the couple announced their departure from the royal family and refusal of all royal duties and moved to the United States.

Meghan Markle, in her personal Instagram account,  spoke about celebrating her 44th birthday.

The Duchess of Sussex posted a photo of herself blowing out candles on a birthday cake decorated with fresh flowers.

Meghan’s hair was down and she was dressed in white. “Blew out the candles on a beautiful 24 hours and thanked my husband, friends and family for making this day so special. To those of you I don’t know who send me love every day, thank you so much. Please know I feel it and appreciate it,” Markle wrote.

The star noted that she celebrated the holiday at Funke restaurant: “Yesterday’s dinner with the culinary mastery of Evan Funke and his team was in the top five of my life. Thank you for an unforgettable evening.”
