The stunning blonde has managed to maintain her perfect model figure – what’s on her menu?

There’s a perception that models are perpetually on diets and eat only one lettuce leaf a day. But Claudia, it seems, never denied herself delicious food. The model admitted that spaghetti with Bolognese sauce was her favorite dish since childhood. Her mother cooked it for her every day.
“My earliest food memory is spaghetti Bolognese. When I was a little girl, my mother worried I wasn’t eating enough. Our doctor recommended making this dish every day because I loved it, and it’s still my favorite. I make it with organic tomatoes, ground beef, onion, garlic, red wine, and a little ketchup.”
Schiffer’s love of pasta defined her eating habits even at the height of her fame. For example, the most memorable dinner of her career was a Valentino dinner in Italy.
“I remember eating spaghetti al pomodoro and thinking, ‘This is heavenly food.'”
When Schiffer married Matthew Vaughan, she acquired another culinary favorite: Marmite, a sandwich spread with a bold, salty flavor. At first, Claudia found it very strange, but then she got the hang of it and now enjoys toast with butter and a thin layer of Marmite.

However, Claudia does have her own restrictions. For many years, the model has followed her own specific approach to nutrition: she eats three to four times a day and ensures her diet doesn’t exceed 1,200 calories. Soda, fried foods, and fast food are off the menu. She indulges on holidays, eating organic chocolate and cookies.
“I’m all about health, not dieting. For example, I eat less dairy and less gluten to stay healthy. I think this works much better than cutting out foods completely.”
Schiffer starts her morning with a cup of espresso and eggs. That’s a supermodel’s breakfast!
