Danniella Westbrook has been left almost unrecognisable following another round of extensive reconstructive surgery in Dubai.

The former EastEnders actress, now 52, has been steadily rebuilding her face after years of damage caused by past drug addiction. This latest procedure follows a major nose reconstruction she underwent last June.

During her most recent surgery, Danniella had a full face, neck, and brow lift, along with further work on her lips and nose. The operations were carried out at Gargash Hospital in Dubai.

Photos shared from the hospital showed the actress wearing a medical gown as she prepared for the lengthy procedure. Several hours later, she was seen leaving the facility in a wheelchair, dressed in a pink outfit and wearing a facial compression wrap around her head.
Recovery from a face, neck, and chin lift can take as long as nine months.

The surgery was performed by her long-time surgeon, Dr Parviz Sadigh, who has overseen several of her previous reconstructive procedures.
In an Instagram post shared last month, Danniella expressed gratitude and excitement ahead of the operation, praising Dr Sadigh and writing that she was continuing to “grow and glow,” while counting down to her next surgery in February.

Danniella’s struggles began at just 14, shortly after she rose to fame playing Sam Mitchell on the BBC soap EastEnders. She has previously revealed that she spent around £250,000 on cocaine and at the height of her addiction was using up to five grams a day, even while pregnant with her son, Kai.

Her addiction spanned the 1990s and early 2000s, with relapses in 2017 and again in 2021. The prolonged drug abuse caused severe damage to her facial structure, including the collapse of her nose and cheekbones, and the loss of her nasal septum.
Last summer, she underwent major surgery to rebuild her nose using cartilage taken from her rib. At the time, Danniella said she hoped the procedures would allow her to return to acting.
Speaking on the day of that operation, she said she was heading into a long surgery to reconstruct her face so she could “get back to work.”

In September, Danniella shared images of her healed nose and appeared thrilled with the results, marking another step forward in her ongoing recovery journey.
