Bianca Censori has opened up for the first time about her husband Kanye West’s (legally Ye) controversial actions and her own frequent public nudity, in an eye-catching interview with Vanity Fair that also included nude photos of the Australian architect riding a horse.
The 31-year-old spoke candidly about her comfort with nudity, which has sparked public outrage and even calls for her arrest, as well as how she continues to support Ye amid his ongoing mental health struggles. The rapper has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

On her decision to appear in revealing outfits—including her sheer look at the 2025 Grammy Awards—Bianca said she has an “obsession with nudity.”
“I was naked everywhere. I didn’t detach from it at any point. I consistently showed the same imagery over and over and over again,” she said. “I live my artwork.”
She explained that her nudity gives her a form of expression without needing words. “I’m trying not to sound like I’m bragging, but it is not a position that anybody in time has ever had that much visibility without speech,” she said. “If it was just nudity, a lot of people would have that. But it also proves that even in a time so overexposed and vulnerable, mystery still has power.”

Bianca also addressed the viral 2023 photos from Venice that suggested she and Kanye were engaged in a sexual act on a boat. She insisted that the images were misleading. “It made it appear as if I gave [Ye] a blow job on the boat,” she admitted, but clarified that she was “kneeling on a stool and resting her head on his lap.”

She described the global attention as humiliating, saying: “It was the first time I was really embarrassed. I felt embarrassed because of my dad. But as I’ve grown as a human being, no, I don’t care.” She emphasized that her public nudity has always been a choice: “I wouldn’t be doing something I didn’t want to do. Me and my husband would work on my outfits together. It was like a collaboration; it was never ‘I was being told to do something.’”
On supporting Ye through controversy and struggles, Bianca became emotional. “All I can do is always just be there and help,” she said. “This year was a lot like doing CPR for months. I have the love and empathy for him to be able to do that, and I understand that the world doesn’t.”

She admitted that there were times she doubted she could handle the pressures of their relationship and even considered leaving, but ultimately realized those feelings were “surface level.” She told Vanity Fair she always knew deep down they would stay together.
Bianca’s interview comes after Ye issued a public apology for his past behavior, including antisemitic statements. The Chicago-born rapper took out a full-page ad in The Wall Street Journal titled “To Those I’ve Hurt,” in which he said: “I am not a Nazi or an antisemite. I love Jewish people.”
Ye’s troubling posts in February 2025, including calling himself a Nazi and praising Adolf Hitler, caused widespread condemnation. He later recanted those statements in the WSJ ad and addressed the reasons behind his mental health struggles.

“I regret and am deeply mortified by my actions in that state, and am committed to accountability and treatment, and meaningful change,” he wrote. Ye cited a 2022 car accident that left him with a broken jaw and damaged his right frontal lobe, which he said went undiagnosed until 2023. “The medical oversight caused serious damage to my mental health and led to my bipolar type-1 diagnosis. I lost touch with reality and became detached from my true self. In that fractured state, I gravitated towards the most destructive symbol I could find, the swastika, and even sold t-shirts bearing it.”

The interview offers a rare glimpse into both Bianca’s personal philosophy and the ongoing complexities of her life with Ye, blending candid reflections on autonomy, artistry, and unwavering support in the face of controversy.
