Noor Alfallah stepped out in Beverly Hills on Thursday with her young son Roman, whom she shares with Al Pacino.
The 31-year-old producer welcomed her first child with the Scarface legend, now 85, in June 2023. She was spotted heading to lunch at the upscale Italian eatery E Baldi alongside their nearly two-year-old son and his nanny.
Roman, who bears a striking resemblance to his famous father, wore a Grateful Dead raglan T-shirt for the outing. At one point, Alfallah balanced him on her hip while answering a phone call.

Keeping it effortlessly stylish, she opted for an all-black look — pairing a camisole with a knit cardigan and skinny jeans. Wearing her hair loose and minimal makeup, she completed the ensemble with gold aviator sunglasses on the sunny Los Angeles afternoon.

Pacino and Alfallah began dating in April 2022 and announced they were expecting a child shortly before Roman’s birth. Although they split not long after welcoming their son, they appear to remain on amicable terms. She attended one of his film screenings last year and recently joined him in celebrating his 85th birthday at a star-studded Los Angeles gathering attended by guests including Anjelica Huston, Rita Wilson, Ringo Starr, Jerry Seinfeld, Jessica Alba, and Bill Maher.

Alfallah has clarified that her relationship with Maher is purely platonic, emphasizing that she and Pacino are focused on co-parenting Roman. Speaking to TMZ, she described their arrangement as “amazing” and referred to Pacino as her “best friend.”

The pair share a 54-year age difference and Roman is Pacino’s fourth child. The Oscar winner is also father to daughter Julie, 35, with Jan Tarrant, and twins Anton and Olivia, 23, with actress Beverly D’Angelo.
Alfallah previously revealed that she first met Pacino at a dinner party in the late 2010s. What began as a friendship — filled with chess games and movie nights — gradually turned into something deeper. As she once put it, spending time with him felt like “film school with Al Pacino.”
