Juliette Lewis has gone public with her first romance in seven years. The 52-year-old actress, once linked to Brad Pitt, shared affectionate Valentine’s Day photos with a new, younger partner — though she chose not to reveal his identity. Alongside the cozy snapshots, she wrote a heartfelt message thanking him for loving her and showing her what “home” truly means.
Her previous relationship was with Brad Wilk of Rage Against the Machine, whom she dated from 2016 to 2019. The two had originally crossed paths decades earlier when the band contributed a song to her 1994 film Natural Born Killers. At the time, Lewis reflected on how unexpectedly their lives had reconnected years later through music. Wilk’s estranged wife later alleged that his involvement with Lewis contributed to their divorce — claims he strongly denied.

Lewis first rose to prominence through television roles in series like The Wonder Years and Home Fires, before landing the part of Andrea in National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. She has said she never expected the holiday comedy to become an annual classic, fondly recalling how kind co-star Chevy Chase was to her.

In 1989, at just 17, Lewis starred opposite Pitt — who was ten years older — in the TV film Too Young to Die?. Their on-and-off relationship lasted four years and, according to Pitt, remains one of the most meaningful romances of his life. Lewis has since said she’s surprised people still associate her name so closely with him, noting that she was just a teenager at the time and that chapter feels like a lifetime ago.

After her split from Pitt, Lewis married professional skateboarder Steve Berra; they divorced in 2003. That same year, she stepped away from acting for nearly a decade to focus on music, fronting her rock band Juliette and the Licks and performing at venues including The Viper Room before touring nationally and internationally.
