A$AP Rocky surprised his longtime partner Rihanna with an intimate birthday celebration as she turned 38, amid ongoing rumors that the couple may have secretly tied the knot. The private party took place Friday night at Giorgio Baldi, a favorite celebrity hotspot in Santa Monica.
Rihanna stunned as she arrived at the venue wearing a black semi-sheer dress that accentuated her silhouette. She paired the look with black open-toe heels and draped herself in a faux fur jacket for added glamour. The singer was escorted into the restaurant by a bodyguard, with Rocky, 37, arriving shortly after in a plaid shirt and tan trousers.

Over the past year, the pair have sparked marriage speculation after Rihanna referred to Rocky as her “loving husband,” while he has publicly called her his “wife.” The couple, who began dating in 2020, share three children: sons RZA, three, and Riot, two, as well as their baby daughter Rocki, who is nearly five months old.
When journalist Clover Hope recently asked Rocky if he was looking forward to becoming a husband, the Harlem-born rapper teased, “How you know I’m not already a husband?” before laughing and adding, “I’m still not gonna confirm it.”

The couple first fueled wedding rumors in Rocky’s 2022 “D.M.B.” music video, where they staged a mock ceremony. Rihanna wore a dramatic red bridal gown and veil, while Rocky flashed gold grills reading “Marry Me,” matched by her set that said, “I do.” The track, a tribute to the Fenty founder, includes affectionate lyrics describing her as his “angel” and “goddess.”
Fans have since debated their marital status online, with some suggesting the couple simply prefers to keep certain aspects of their relationship private.

The birthday celebration comes shortly after Bad Bunny reportedly delivered what is believed to be the most-watched Super Bowl halftime show ever, drawing an estimated 135.4 million viewers worldwide — surpassing the previous record held by Kendrick Lamar, who attracted 133.5 million viewers last year.
