The singer celebrated the milestone alongside her fiancé, Michael Polansky.
On Sunday, March 29, the “Poker Face” hitmaker posted a TikTok video showing herself holding a gold “40” banner while Haute & Freddy’s new track “Shy Girl” played in the background.
“Haute & Freddy, Robyn, and Raye filled my birthday with their beautiful new albums 💋🎶,” Gaga — whose real name is Stefani Germanotta — wrote in the caption. “Had the best time listening and relaxing with Michael as we wind down The Mayhem Ball.”
Her birthday took place during the final leg of the Mayhem Ball Tour, which wraps on April 13 at New York City’s Madison Square Garden after nearly a year on the road.

Alongside enjoying several new releases — all dropped within 24 hours of her birthday — Gaga also treasured the quiet time she spent with Polansky.
She previously revealed they are planning to marry “soon” during a call-in to Bruno Mars’ iHeartRadio livestream, Romantic Radio, earlier this month.
“Hi, Bruno. Me and my fiancé have been traveling all year, but we’re getting married soon,” Gaga said in a voice message aired during the show. “We were hoping that maybe you could choose a special song for us.”
Responding, her “Die with a Smile” collaborator said, “I know that voice. That is my friend Lady Gaga.”
“If you’re looking for a song to dedicate to your husband, I would say, off this new album of mine, I would go with ‘Risk It All,’ track one,” he continued. “So I want to dedicate this one to Lady Gaga and her fiancé. Michael, this is for you too.”
Beyond celebrating through music, Gaga also shared that a song from her Mayhem album, “Blade of Grass,” was inspired by her engagement.
“As a songwriter you need life to inspire your writing and if everything is promotion, then I’ll write about promotion,” she explained in a March 2025 interview with Zane Lowe for Apple Music.
“I won’t write about that special moment I shared with you where Michael asked me how I would want him to propose to me one day,” she added.
“We were in our backyard and I said, ‘Just take a blade of grass and wrap it around my finger.’”
“And then I wrote ‘Blade of Grass,’” she continued, recalling the moment. “I remembered the way his face looked and the grass in the backyard, and I kept thinking he should use that really long grass that’s in the center.”
