Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff, the ex-wife of David Hasselhoff, has away at the age of 62.
The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner stated that Bach-Hasselhoff committed suicide. Paramedics were dispatched to Bach-Hasselhoff’s residence after 10 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5, according to law enforcement sources who spoke to TMZ. (The news was initially reported by TMZ.)
According to the publication, her relatives wanted to see how she was doing because they hadn’t heard from her. At the scene, she was declared deceased. According to reports, there was no note.
Hasselhoff mourned the loss of his ex-wife in a statement to TMZ. “Our family is deeply saddened by the recent passing of Pamela Hasselhoff,” he said. “We are grateful for the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time but we kindly request privacy as we grieve and navigate through this challenging time.”
In a statement to TMZ, Hasselhoff lamented the passing of his ex-wife. “The recent loss of Pamela Hasselhoff is very sad for our family,” he stated. “While we appreciate the abundance of love and support during this trying time, we respectfully ask for privacy as we grieve and work through this difficult period.”
Hasselhoff’s representative and the LAPD were contacted by US Weekly for comment.
The couple married in 1989 and divorced in 2006 after Hasselhoff and Bach-Hasselhoff first crossed paths on the set of Knight Rider, when she was a guest star. Taylor, age 34, and Hayley, age 32, are the ex-partners’ daughters.
Bach-Hasselhoff told The Associated Press after their divorce was finalized, “I have love and compassion for him, and I have always loved him and always will.” Although today is incredibly depressing, it is also a day to move forward.
From 1984 to 1989, Hasselhoff was wed to the actress Catherine Hickland. In 2018, he married model Hayley Roberts, with whom he is currently married. In 2016, after proposing to Roberts, Hasselhoff told Hello! magazine, “I told my girls what I was going to do and they were both really supportive.” It’s difficult. Nobody wants to witness their parents’ divorce. However, they adore Hayley and are only pleased for me.
Bach-Hasselhoff expressed her excitement over her new grandchild and her hopes for 2025 in her most recent Instagram post.
