Turning a 370 sq.ft. Studio from Neglect to Luxury. The Result WIll Amaze You

A couple’s move to a new city presented the perfect chance to find their own home. With a tight budget, they opted for a 34-square-meter one-room apartment. The outdated interior didn’t meet their needs, so they enlisted designers to create a functional and stylish living space.

The hallway walls were smoothed out and painted with light, moisture-resistant paint, while the floor was covered with marble-like porcelain tiles. Near the entrance, wooden panels with hooks were added for coats, alongside a hanging console with a mirror and a turquoise pouf. A spacious storage closet with turquoise doors was placed between the kitchen and living area. The kitchen also featured porcelain stoneware flooring, and a refrigerator was positioned near the entrance, with a round dining table and a comfortable sofa nearby.

Behind the sofa, a statement wall was designed with a fresco and three-dimensional panels. Across from it, the corner kitchen was outfitted in green and wood tones, with a backsplash of blue-green tiles.

The living room near the entrance had blue walls and laminate flooring, with a storage unit and TV to the left. On the opposite side, a large gray sofa and a slatted partition helped divide the space. Beyond the partition, the sleeping area was set up with a double bed, bedside table, TV, and a compact dressing table. Another fresco and three-dimensional panels were placed behind the bed. The balcony featured a stylish bar counter.

The bathroom and toilet were finished with classic white and black rectangular tiles, along with geometric-patterned tiles. The washing machine was conveniently placed across from the sink.
