She styled the jeans with a dark blue blouse featuring 1970s-inspired flared, pleated sleeves, completing the retro look with platform shoes, a gold bracelet, a ring, and long hair parted in the middle. In an interview, Iman shared that she refuses to refer to Bowie as her “late husband.” “He’s not my ‘late husband,’ he’s my husband. I don’t mind being introduced as David Bowie’s wife, but I always remind people that I was someone before I married him. And he knew that too, because he always introduced me not just as his wife, but by name—’Meet Iman, my wife,’” she recalled.
