This small nightstand stood next to our bed for many years 😲 Its frame was strong, but its appearance no longer fit into the interior of the house 😢 We decided to renovate it, updated the color and fittings 🥰 The result exceeded all expectations 💖 I’ll show you what we got at the link in the comments 👇👇

When we bought a new house, we brought all our furniture with us. However, over time it became clear that some of the items were already quite outdated and did not fit into the new interior.
Many things had to be thrown away without regret, but some, despite their age, retained their strength and deserved a second chance.
One such item was a small nightstand that had stood by the bed for many years. Its frame was sturdy, but its appearance betrayed its age.
Instead of parting with it, we decided to give it a new life by updating it and slightly redesigning it.

During the restoration process, we preserved the original legs, which gave the cabinet stability and sophistication.
Part of the body was left in its natural brown color, with only the surface being waxed to highlight the wood grain.
The doors were repainted in a fashionable beige shade, which fits harmoniously into the modern interior.
We also selected the fittings with special attention: instead of the old handles, we installed two wooden semicircles of a rich brown color.

This combination of dark and light tones created a pleasant soft contrast and made the appearance of the cabinet stylish and elegant.
As a result, the cabinet turned into an elegant and functional element of the interior, preserving its history, but sparkling with new colors.
