One of her videos received 81,000,000 views, over 693,000 likes, and over 69,000 comments. People were impressed with the woman’s demeanor because of her extraordinary makeover.
Devyn described the video as “5 weeks post-op from my nose job and I wake up every day happier.” It’s been a rollercoaster of healing, swelling, and changes, but I’m feeling great, and it’s a gift that keeps on giving. Seriously grateful to @drmarkginsburg for making this happen.”

The woman is convinced that she was extremely fortunate to have undergone plastic surgery. One of her popular videos was labeled, “Don’t get a nose job, it’s not worth it.” Fortunately, this line was not about Devyn’s personal plastic surgery experience.
The woman scribbled one final line that says it all. She stated, “Best decision of my life.”
She also said, in response to everyone who commented on her videos: “For everyone commenting, I should’ve taken more off, made it smaller, or there isn’t a difference — please check the before and after! I’m also only 5 weeks post-op, and the edema takes over a year to subside fully. It will become smaller during the following ten months!”
Devyn becomes overwhelmed with emotion when she talks about her journey.
