Kaley Cuoco is giving it her all at the gym! Recently, her trainer, Ryan Sorenson, shared an impressive workout video of the Flight Attendant star in action. Decked out in a shirt, black leggings, and sporting seventeen different hairstyles, Kaley looked fierce, fit, and totally powerful.
Ryan captioned the video with, “We got one speed,” showing Kaley’s dedication to her intense routine, which included weightlifting, medicine ball crunches, and jumping rope. In the comments, Kaley joked about her many hairstyle changes during the workout, writing, “One speed and seventeen different hairstyles.”

Her fans quickly filled the comments with support, calling her a “machine” and complimenting her flawless looks. It’s worth noting that Kaley gave birth in March, so her postpartum workouts are truly impressive!
Throughout her pregnancy, she kept up with safe but strenuous exercises. She loves mixing up her routine, including yoga and SoulCycle, and she’s known for switching things up when she feels the need. She shared with Women’s Health that she loves the challenge of trying new things in her fitness journey.
When it comes to refueling, Kaley sticks to a solid routine—starting her mornings with peanut butter toast and coffee (she even travels with a toaster!). Later in the day, she opts for Luna bars, smoothies, or tuna wraps, and for dinner, it’s all about baked potatoes, veggies, and grilled fish. Kaley is truly committed to giving her best in every part of her life—go, queen!
