Amid the P. Diddy scandal, many are recalling his affair with Jennifer Lopez, speculating whether she played a role in his alleged crimes. Meanwhile, it has become clear how P. Diddy influenced the singer’s first marriage.

J.Lo met Cuban Ojani Noa in 1996 at a Los Angeles restaurant where he was working as a waiter. Jennifer herself wasn’t yet a megastar. Her biggest rise—to the top of the music scene—was still ahead.
The couple married in 1997, but the marriage lasted only 11 months. Now, Ohani has made a sensational statement: P. Diddy is to blame!

“When Sony came in and paid her millions, Puffy [Sean Combs] was there, going to be one of the producers on the first album, ‘On the 6.’ That’s where the deception, the lies, the fallout began. I was in Los Angeles, opening my restaurant, and she was living between Miami and New York, working on the album. Whenever I could, I’d go see her. But there, in that distance, in that separation, that’s where the deception began,” Noah said in an interview with Despierta America, hinting that his wife had begun an office romance with a powerful producer.
His grievances against his ex don’t end there, however. Ojani revealed that after the divorce, J.Lo continued to throw obstacles in his way and hampered his career in every way possible (the Cuban also tried his hand at acting).

“I would ask Jennifer: ‘What did I do to you that you sued me, that you accused me, that you lied, that you created false rumors about me, and that you called several companies to get me fired, and various TV stations to keep me from getting a job? Why, if I didn’t do anything to you? Let her tell the truth, let her tell everything that happened,'” Noah fumed in the interview.
Lopez is unlikely to publicly explain herself to her ex, but Ohani’s latest outbursts, against the backdrop of the scandal with P. Diddy that has already cast a shadow on her , will certainly infuriate the singer.

After all, 25+ years after their divorce, her ex-husband continues to comment on his marriage to the star at every opportunity. Noah previously suggested that J.Lo’s marriage to Ben Affleck wouldn’t last long—and, remarkably, he was right.

Well, J.Lo’s lawsuit against her ex wasn’t just for fun. Ojani planned to make some money by publishing a memoir about his marriage to Lopez, and also to publicly release homemade videos of Jennifer, some of which featured her naked. Lopez, already a star by then, naturally rushed to the lawyers. And she got her way—a court order injunction was issued to stop Noah from publishing any of the material.
But it seems he still has a lot of cool stories up his sleeve for us.”
