When I bought this completely destroyed apartment, they thought I was crazy. Mom, recently divorced, without much money… everyone tried to talk me out of it. But I had my own plan. I saw potential where others saw only a pile of ruins.
This 60 m² apartment was my starting point. Yes, it was in terrible condition: cracks in the walls, damaged floor, no electricity, no normal heating.
And so, I rolled up my sleeves and began – myself – to transform it, room by room.
Today, everything has changed. The kitchen has become a real cozy corner with facades in gray-blue tones – modern and warm at the same time.
I put a cute little table there – perfect for dinners with my daughter.
The rest of the rooms are still under renovation, but every day this space comes to life and reflects our history.
And contrary to all expectations, my remake went viral.
Internet users were amazed before/after, and my story inspired thousands of people to believe in their dreams even when everyone seems lost.
What I want to say is that you don’t need a huge budget or an architect to create your own home.
All you need is desire, courage and a little madness.
I was told it was impossible, but I proved them wrong. Today, it is no longer a ruin, but our home, our quiet haven.
This project taught me to believe in myself and never underestimate the power of a determined mother.
