Khloé revealed on the SHE MD podcast that her youngest child, Tatum, looks so much like her brother Rob—both in looks and personality—that it left her and Tristan uneasy. Since Tatum was born via surrogacy, Khloé even wondered aloud if a mix-up could have happened at the clinic. She admitted to asking Rob himself if he had ever been involved in a fertility procedure, joking, “My son looks exactly like my brother.”
She recalled, laughing, that Tristan was less amused and actually offended by the idea. “In this family, nothing would surprise me—but that would be really gross,” she said, explaining why Tristan ultimately agreed to undergo three paternity tests just to be sure.

Despite their complicated past—including Khloé’s discovery that Tristan had secretly fathered another child during the surrogacy process—she still praises him as a devoted dad. She says he’s wonderful with their daughter True, 5, and son Tatum, nearly 2. “He is a great guy, but he did make mistakes. We’re not meant to be together, but he was definitely meant to be the father of my children.”

Tristan is also the father of two other sons, Prince, 7, with Jordan Craig, and Theo, 2, with Maralee Nichols. Khloé noted that while many parents are disengaged, Tristan makes the effort to remain involved with all of his kids daily, even though he doesn’t live with her full-time—something she appreciates.

As for her personal life, the 39-year-old is focused on co-parenting and raising her children. She hasn’t ruled out dating again but says she isn’t rushing into anything: “I’ll be ready to date. I just don’t know if it’s right now.”
