Shiloh was caught by paparazzi strolling with her close friend, dancer Keoni Rose, while the two were shopping for sunglasses and jewelry at the San Gennaro Festival in Manhattan’s Little Italy. Shiloh was dressed in her usual style: an oversized sweatshirt and baggy jeans. However, there was something unusual about her look: bright makeup and a new hair color.
