As the Osbourne family continues to grieve an incredibly painful year, Sharon Osbourne has come forward to defend her daughter Kelly Osbourne against cruel online speculation about her appearance.
Appearing on Piers Morgan Uncensored, the 73-year-old addressed harsh comments targeting Kelly’s recent weight loss and explained the emotional reality behind it. During the show, Morgan played a clip of Kelly responding directly to critics who accused her of looking “sick” and urged her to “get off Ozempic.”

In the video, Kelly reminded viewers that her father, Ozzy Osbourne, had just passed away. She said she was coping as best she could and choosing to share only the brighter moments of her life online, telling trolls to stop judging what they don’t understand.

Sharon firmly supported her daughter’s response, saying Kelly is deeply unhappy and struggling with grief. “She’s lost her dad. She can’t eat right now,” Sharon said, adding that online cruelty often comes from people unhappy with their own lives.

Kelly later posted another message on Instagram, calling out the comments as bullying and saying her life had been completely turned upside down. She explained that while people claim she looks ill, she is unwell emotionally and shouldn’t be expected to appear fine while grieving.

Although Sharon has openly discussed her own weight loss using Ozempic, Kelly denied using the drug. She clarified that she lost weight by cutting sugar and carbs after developing gestational diabetes during pregnancy.

The family is still mourning Ozzy Osbourne, who died in July at 76. Sharon also shared the final moments they spent together, recalling his last words and the shock of finding him unresponsive shortly afterward—memories that continue to weigh heavily on them all.
