Kate Moss, 52, and daughter Lila Moss, 23, turn heads in tiny bikinis during sun-soaked getaway in Tulum

Kate Moss showed she’s still every inch the supermodel as she flaunted her incredible figure in a skimpy tan bikini while enjoying a beach break in Tulum, Mexico.

The 52-year-old fashion icon was joined by her daughter Lila, 23, who looked strikingly similar to her famous mum as she showcased her toned physique in a brown two-piece while playing along the shoreline.

Lila has followed in Kate’s footsteps in the modelling world, inheriting her mother’s signature features and poised presence. The pair appeared to be making the most of some well-earned downtime amid their busy careers — with Lila taking a dip in the ocean while Kate lounged in the sun before they later stepped out for lunch together.

Kate looked radiant and sculpted, a far cry from her hard-partying years, as she displayed a defined torso and glowing complexion.

In recent years, she has embraced a wellness-focused lifestyle. She regularly commits to juice fasts and attends a week-long juice-only retreat at the LifeCo wellness resort in Turkey, a destination she reportedly visits annually.

Kate also runs her own wellness brand, Cosmoss, which offers teas, skincare products and a book featuring 150 uplifting messages. At home, she keeps fit with a £4,000 Cadillac Pilates reformer and trains with personal trainer Hortense Suleyman.

Industry insiders have suggested she has high hopes for expanding the brand, which is already stocked at Harrods.

Over time, Kate has shared several of her beauty and wellness habits. She prioritises hydration during travel, opts for light meals, and adjusts quickly to new time zones. She’s also a fan of red-light LED therapy and uses portable skincare devices while travelling, along with rose quartz and jade gua sha tools.

Among her long-standing tricks? Plunging her face into iced water with cucumber slices to reduce puffiness and tighten skin. She also applies Cosmoss Golden Nectar facial oil with gua sha for added glow and lymphatic drainage.

Though she once brushed off advice to avoid sun exposure, she now takes a more cautious approach. Kate has also revealed she does three week-long juice cleanses each year, saying they leave her feeling energised and revitalised.

Judging by her beachside appearance in Tulum, the routine seems to be working.
