Paris Hilton bares all in nude birthday shoot to celebrate turning 45

Paris Hilton celebrated her 45th birthday with a daring Instagram post, sharing a series of nude photos from a birthday-themed shoot.

The heiress, who spent February 17 in the Caribbean, posed strategically to preserve modesty while wearing almost nothing. She accessorized the look with stone-embellished opera gloves, knee-high white stockings, and a pale pink feather boa. Diamond choker necklaces and large stud earrings added extra sparkle.

Captioning the post, Hilton cheekily wrote: “In my birthday suit,” sharing the images with her nearly 27 million followers.

Her waist-length blonde hair, styled with layered face-framing bangs by celebrity stylist Abena, complemented the hyper-feminine set designed by Keli Ma. The dreamy setup included satin baby-pink drapes, matching sheets, pillows, and a retro lamp.

The birthday celebration came shortly after Hilton and husband Carter Reum renewed their vows following five years of marriage. Photos from their Turks and Caicos trip showed Reum proposing again just days before her birthday.

“Five years later… and he still makes my heart skip a beat,” Hilton wrote. “On Valentine’s Day, in the turquoise waters of Turks & Caicos — just days before my birthday — my forever Valentine re-proposed, and I said YES all over again.”

The couple are parents to son Phoenix, three, and daughter London, two. Hilton added that the vow renewal was also for their children: “This time we weren’t just husband and wife. We were Mommy and Daddy… Renewing our vows isn’t just about celebrating five beautiful years — it’s about showing our babies that love grows, deepens, and chooses each other again and again. Five years down. Forever to go. Forever isn’t long enough with you, Carter.”

Hilton and Reum first tied the knot in November 2021 at her late grandfather’s Bel-Air estate, having reconnected in 2019 after initially meeting in their 20s. Reum originally proposed during a trip celebrating Hilton’s 40th birthday.
