Jennifer Garner has opened up about cosmetic procedures, sharing that her three children have asked her to promise she’ll never get a facelift. “My kids are like, ‘Mom, promise us you’ll never get a facelift,’” she said, explaining that while she doesn’t see herself rushing into one, she’s not ready to make a lifelong vow either. “I’m me today, and I don’t know how I’ll feel down the road,” she admitted.
The actress was refreshingly honest about aging, acknowledging that she has wrinkles and has learned to live with them. Rather than chasing perfection, she joked that sometimes a simple haircut — like getting bangs — is her go-to solution for switching things up.

Garner also clarified that although she hasn’t had surgery, she does occasionally visit a dermatologist. She described herself as a “pin cushion” during annual appointments, noting that subtle treatments can be so understated that you can barely tell anything was done — which, in her view, is kind of the point.
Importantly, she emphasized that she doesn’t judge others for making different choices. In her eyes, people who opt for cosmetic work look beautiful too — it’s all about personal preference.

Her candid comments come as her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, recently spoke about the challenges of raising their children in the public eye. He described having a famous family as “complicated” and said they’re careful not to pressure their kids toward Hollywood careers, wanting them to discover their own paths instead.
Garner and Affleck, who were married from 2005 to 2015 before finalizing their divorce in 2018, have maintained a supportive co-parenting relationship. While their younger children are focused on school, their eldest daughter, Violet, now attends Yale University and has become active in advocacy work. She recently spoke at the United Nations about mask mandates and clean air efforts following the pandemic.

Affleck’s remarks also arrive amid ongoing curiosity about his blended family dynamic, particularly following his 2025 divorce from Jennifer Lopez after three years of marriage. Though the two women weren’t photographed together at the Golden Globe Awards, sources have insisted there’s no tension, explaining they simply prefer to avoid unnecessary headlines for the sake of the children.
Lopez, who shares twins Max and Emme with Marc Anthony, is reportedly on good terms with Garner, and insiders say everyone involved remains committed to keeping things harmonious — especially for the kids.
