The 45-year-old media personality, who recently traveled to Milan for Milan Fashion Week, posed nude in a marble bathtub filled with bubbles to mark the launch of a new product from the brand. At the same time, she opened up in a candid interview about living with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), saying her mind “works differently.”

In the glamorous photo set, Hilton lounged in the tub covered in foam while striking a variety of playful poses. In one shot she turned her back to the camera and looked over her shoulder, while her blonde hair was styled in an elegant updo with loose waves framing her face. She accessorized the look with a sparkling choker, layered necklace, and small earrings, and even added a dazzling tiara for extra flair.

Soft pink blush and a nude lip completed her beauty look. Some of the photos showed the star smiling while surrounded by pink products, a fluffy purse, and a cozy pillow. Still wrapped in bubbles, she was also seen enjoying a sugar cookie with pink frosting and holding a pink martini glass.

Later images revealed Hilton stepping out of the tub wearing leopard-print heels. In other snaps, she slipped into a sheer white robe paired with shimmering pasties and layered silver necklaces, striking a sultry pose as she admired herself in the mirror while holding her brand’s newly released eye cream.

The product, called “That’s Cool Eye Cream,” launched Tuesday with a price tag of $62. Hilton co-founded Parivie last year and previously said she wanted the brand to feel empowering and unapologetically glamorous. She explained that the products were designed to offer people a small moment of confidence and self-care in their busy lives.

The socialite recently made headlines with another daring photo shoot for her 45th birthday in February. Around the same time, she also spoke openly about being diagnosed with ADHD in her late 20s.
According to Hilton, the condition has actually played a positive role in her life and career. She said her brain simply functions differently and that she believes the disorder helped shape her entrepreneurial mindset.

The reality star explained that she now takes medication at night and relies on notebooks and organizational tools to stay structured. She also said ADHD contributes to a playful, childlike energy that she feels helps her connect with her children and enjoy motherhood even more.
Hilton added that she hopes speaking openly about her diagnosis will help reduce stigma and highlight the strengths that can come with thinking differently, noting that traditional school systems are often not designed for people with minds like hers.
