The Hollywood star attended the 10th annual Love Rocks concert in New York City on Manhattan’s Upper West Side for the God’s Love We Deliver charity event. She was joined at the event by her 59-year-old husband, Bart Freundlich, and 28-year-old son, Caleb.
Julianne Moore chose a black basic T-shirt and a brown corduroy suit consisting of an oversized jacket and loose-fitting trousers. Black low-heeled boots completed the look. The actress wore makeup that emphasized her eyes and coral lipstick. She parted her signature red hair down the middle and left it in straight strands to frame her face.
The Hunger Games star’s two beloved men towered over her. Bart and Caleb opted for casual, sporty looks with matching black puffer jackets. “I’m incredibly honored to be here tonight to celebrate 10 years of Love Rocks in New York City and 40 years of God’s Love We Deliver!” the Oscar , Emmy, Golden Globe, and BAFTA winner said from the stage.
Founded in 1985, God’s Love We Deliver provides people with life-threatening illnesses with free, medically appropriate meals, comprehensive nutritional support, and education.
The concert also featured Whoopi Goldberg, Matt Friend, Hank Azaria, Gina Gershon, Elvis Costello, and Bill Murray. Warren Haynes, Mavis Staples, Hozier, Paul Simon, Mary J. Blige, Jon Batiste, Nile Rodgers, Linda Perry, and other artists performed on stage. Stand-up comedians J.B. Smoove and Jeff Ross kept the audience laughing between acts, the Daily Mail reports .
Moore divorced her first husband, theater director John Gould Rubin, in 1995 after nine years of marriage. In 1997, she met director Bart Freundlich on the set of The Myth of Fingerprints. The couple married in 2003 after the birth of their second child. While Rubin is nine years younger than Moore, the age difference hasn’t prevented them from creating a strong, harmonious family – they’ve been together for almost 30 years.
The couple also have a 23-year-old daughter, Liv. She works as an assistant to the founder of the independent production company Project Infinity and was unable to join her family. The couple’s son, Caleb Moore, is pursuing a career as a musician. The lead singer of the band Dead Yet is preparing to release his debut studio album. He has proposed to Kibria Morgan. The wedding is planned for the end of the year.
