Jennifer Aniston’s trainer reveals how the Friends veteran takes only 20 minutes a day to get those incredible abs

Starting Thursday, fans can follow Aniston’s exact routine with the launch of Jen’s Express Series: Arms & Abs from PVOLVE. The series features efficient 10–15 minute workouts designed to fit into any busy schedule while delivering noticeable results.

“Sometimes you only have 20 minutes, what do you do?” Aniston asks in a video. “I always start with a warm-up. You can target gliders, lower body, midsection, core, upper body… use P.band, P.ball, gliders—20 minutes is plenty.” She also shared her favorite prop: the P3 trainer, which allows for a full-body workout.

Coleman explained that Aniston’s go-to routine is the new Express Series, which emphasizes quick, effective exercises for arms and abs. “These sessions are 15 minutes or less, focusing on upper-body sculpting and deep core strength using our favorite equipment,” she said.

Aniston’s sculpted abs come from PVOLVE’s 360-degree core training method, which engages the entire core system—not just surface muscles. The approach combines traditional exercises like crunches with movements that improve stability, posture, and overall body strength.

What drives Aniston, Coleman said, is how workouts make her feel. “Jen prioritizes feeling strong and energized over chasing extreme routines. Consistency and long-term strength are her main goals—and a good playlist helps, of course.”

Her toned arms are a result of varied exercises: changing tempo, reps, and range of motion while rotating between resistance bands, the P3 trainer, and dumbbells to build balanced strength.

Workouts happen whenever her schedule allows. Some days she fits in full 40–60 minute sessions; other days, she completes the Express Series’ 10–15 minute routines. Coleman confirmed that Aniston genuinely uses PVOLVE bands in her workouts, whether at home, on set, or traveling.

Resistance bands provide constant tension for stability and muscle control, while dumbbells allow heavier loads to build overall strength. Combining both ensures a functional, sculpted, and well-rounded physique.
