The actor, who rose to fame in the 1990s lifeguard drama, went shirtless in camo swim trunks layered over black bike shorts while enjoying a paddleboarding session along the shoreline. His toned abs, muscular arms, and tattooed physique were on full display, and he was also seen stretching with a long red resistance band.
Chokachi is set to appear in the new Baywatch revival, which is scheduled to premiere this fall on Fox. The cast includes Shay Mitchell, Brooks Nader, Hassie Harrison, Noah Beck, Livvy Dunne, and Stephen Amell.

The reboot centers on Hobie Buchannon, played by Amell, the son of original lead Mitch Buchannon (David Hasselhoff), as he steps into the role of captain. His world is shaken when the daughter he never knew arrives to join the lifeguard team, bringing fresh drama, high-stakes rescues, and a new generation of beach heroes. The modern reimagining has been ordered straight to series with 12 episodes.

Original creators Michael Berk, Greg Bonann, and Doug Schwartz are serving as executive producers, with Matt Nix acting as showrunner to preserve the tone of the original while updating it for today’s audience. The reboot maintains the classic California dream aesthetic and has been in development since discussions first surfaced in 2018.
Chokachi originally played Cody Madison on Baywatch, which debuted in 1989 and ran for 11 seasons, remaining popular in syndication through 2001. His character famously dated those played by Carmen Electra and Pamela Anderson, and he later became a main cast member after replacing David Charvet, staying on for four seasons.

The Massachusetts native, who also appeared in Witchblade, has been married to Susan Brubaker since 2004. The couple share a daughter, Brit Madison.
