The former Sports Illustrated star revealed she has recently intensified her workouts in preparation for summer, and she showcased the results in a playful clip. Wearing what she called her “super cute summer bikini,” Porizkova flexed her muscles and twirled around her bedroom while reflecting on her journey toward self-acceptance.
After the bikini moment, she changed into a flowing sundress paired with a brown leather belt and sunglasses, finishing the video by blowing a kiss to the camera. In her caption, Porizkova admitted she actually felt most insecure at age 21 — during the peak of her modeling career — when constant comparisons to other models made her feel she was never quite good enough.

She explained that much of her self-worth at the time was tied to her appearance, which contributed to her insecurity despite her success. Now, approaching her 61st birthday, she said she wanted to celebrate by wearing a bikini and “flexing the muscles” she’s been working hard to build — not just to look good, but to feel strong and confident in her 60s.
However, she later joked that she did step up her training “about ten notches” because she also wants to look her best this summer — not only for swimwear, but potentially for a wedding dress. The comment appeared to hint that her upcoming wedding to fiancé Jeff Greenstein could be approaching.
Greenstein proposed in July after two years together. The couple first went public with their relationship in May 2023, just three months after meeting.

Before her relationship with Jeff Greenstein, Paulina Porizkova briefly dated acclaimed screenwriter and director Aaron Sorkin in 2021. Prior to that, she was married for 28 years to Ric Ocasek, the lead singer of The Cars, who died in 2019. The couple had separated a year earlier, in 2018, and share two sons, Jonathan Raven Ocasek and Oliver Orion Ocasek.
Last month, Porizkova posted a video of herself modeling pink lingerie while candidly discussing how she has gained about 15 pounds over the past few years. Responding to the question, “How do you look so fabulous at 60?” she credited flattering lighting and careful posing, before zooming in on her arm to show loose skin and emphasize the reality of aging. She also pointed to her stomach, noting that it had carried two children and that no amount of Pilates or weight training would change the natural effects of time. Despite that, she concluded that she actually prefers herself this way.

The model previously explained that the weight gain followed a bilateral hip replacement she underwent in early 2024. She said she didn’t initially notice the change because she had been feeling happier than ever — free from chronic pain, building a life with her partner, traveling with friends, and working on new writing projects. It wasn’t until she traveled to Paris for her first modeling job of the year in September that she realized the difference.
Even so, Porizkova said she has embraced her fuller figure, noting that while she weighed less the year before, she was also living with constant discomfort. In contrast, she described her softer, healthier body now as comforting and something she genuinely appreciates.
