Antonio Banderas and former wife Melanie Griffith were seen sharing a warm moment in Los Angeles over the weekend, leaving a dinner outing arm-in-arm more than a decade after announcing their divorce.
The 65-year-old actor and 68-year-old actress appeared relaxed and affectionate, showing they have remained on excellent terms despite ending their marriage 12 years ago. Walking just behind them was their 29-year-old daughter, Stella Banderas.

Antonio Banderas kept his look casual in black trousers, a silver bomber jacket, and black clogs, carrying a baseball cap in hand. Melanie Griffith opted for a chic ensemble featuring straight-leg blue jeans, a black moto jacket, and lace fingerless gloves. Stella completed the stylish trio in wide-leg white trousers and a matching ivory coat.
The former couple married in May 1996 after meeting on the set of the romantic comedy Two Much. They welcomed Stella later that same year and remained together for nearly two decades before announcing their separation in June 2014. Their divorce was finalized in December 2015.

At the time of their split, the pair released a joint statement saying they had thoughtfully and mutually chosen to end their marriage in a loving and friendly way, while continuing to respect one another and cherish the years they shared.

Banderas has since spoken fondly of Griffith, calling her “family” and one of his closest friends in a 2019 interview. He said their bond remains strong, especially through their blended family, which includes Griffith’s children Dakota Johnson, Alexander Bauer, and Jesse Johnson.
The actor has also recalled first noticing Griffith at the 1989 Academy Awards, admitting he was instantly captivated. Six years later, the two were married—beginning one of Hollywood’s most memorable romances.
