Kris Jenner is setting the record straight about both her appearance and her health routine, recently admitting she tried Ozempic after months of speculation — just days after shutting down rumors surrounding her facelift.
The 70-year-old reality star first sparked chatter in 2023 when fans noticed her slimmer figure in vacation photos from Tuscany. Social media users quickly speculated that she may have been using the popular GLP-1 weight-loss medication.
Now, during an appearance on the SHE MD podcast, Jenner confirmed she had experimented with Ozempic before it became the go-to trend in Hollywood.
“We tried it once before anyone really knew what it was,” she revealed, though she didn’t specify exactly when she used it or who she meant by “we.”

Jenner admitted the medication didn’t agree with her, explaining that it made her feel extremely nauseous and unwell.
“It made me really sick,” she said, adding that she later explored other wellness treatments instead.
The Kardashian matriarch explained that she now relies on peptide injections and supplements, which she says help boost her energy levels and improve her overall well-being.
“I get my blood checked every three months to make sure my hormones stay balanced,” Jenner shared. “After 45, I realized how important hormone health is for women.”
Her comments come shortly after she addressed reports claiming she was unhappy with the results of her highly publicized facelift, allegedly performed in 2025 by celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Levine.
Rumors had circulated suggesting Jenner believed the procedure was beginning to “slip” and that she was considering revision surgery.

But during an appearance on daughter Khloé Kardashian’s podcast, Khloe in Wonderland, Jenner firmly denied the claims.
“The headlines saying I hate my facelift and I’m furious with my doctor couldn’t be further from the truth,” she said. “It’s completely false. I love my facelift and I adore Dr. Levine.”
Jenner praised the surgeon for giving her what she described as a refreshed look and a more defined jawline.
“The goal was to create a beautiful lift and refresh my appearance, and that’s exactly what happened,” she explained.
While she said she usually ignores tabloid rumors, Jenner admitted she felt the need to speak out because the reports unfairly affected her doctor’s reputation.
“At 70 years old, I really don’t care what people think about me,” she added. “I love my face, and I’m happy with how I look.”
Since undergoing the procedure, Jenner has confidently shown off her updated appearance at several high-profile events, including the wedding celebrations for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez.
She also drew attention during her family’s annual holiday party, where fans commented on her youthful appearance alongside longtime boyfriend Corey Gamble.
On an episode of The Kardashians, Jenner even joked about her cosmetic work while speaking with daughter Kim Kardashian in Paris.

“My nose is probably the only real thing left on my face,” she laughed, while Kim pointed out that Jenner’s teeth are also natural.
Jenner has previously spoken openly about aging and cosmetic procedures, telling Vogue Arabia that her recent facelift was simply her personal version of “aging gracefully.”
“Just because you get older doesn’t mean you stop taking care of yourself,” she explained. “For me, this is what feeling good and confident looks like.”
Over the years, Jenner has been candid about undergoing multiple cosmetic procedures, including Botox, breast augmentation, earlobe reduction surgery, a hip replacement, and earlier facelift work performed by Dr. Garth Fisher.
