Slender Adam Sandler, 59, shows off dramatic weight loss as he steps out in LA… after penning a song about Ozempic

Adam Sandler debuted a noticeably slimmer look during a recent outing in Los Angeles, showing off the results of his ongoing health and fitness journey.

The 59-year-old comedy star was spotted spending time with his eldest daughter, 20-year-old Sadie, during a casual father-daughter day in Brentwood over the weekend. Although Sandler stayed true to his signature oversized and relaxed style, fans quickly noticed the actor appeared significantly leaner after reportedly shedding more than 25 pounds.

For the outing, the Billy Madison star wore a patterned button-up shirt, gray athletic shorts, and colorful sneakers.

Sandler has previously spoken openly about trying to improve his health with encouragement from his family, especially his daughters Sadie and Sunny, whom he shares with wife Jackie Sandler.

At the 2024 premiere of his comedy special Adam Sandler: Love You, the actor revealed that his daughters often push him to take better care of himself, much like he once urged his own father to quit smoking.

During an appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience last year, Sandler admitted maintaining a healthy lifestyle has become more difficult with age. He explained that while he still enjoys playing basketball and exercising, he struggles with controlling his eating habits and staying disciplined.

The actor also shared that Sadie encouraged him to reconnect with the personal trainer who helped him get into shape for You Don’t Mess with the Zohan. While Sandler admitted intense workouts are challenging for him now, he joked that his daughter is usually right about these things.

In previous interviews, Sandler has also spoken humorously about failed attempts at dieting, including intermittent fasting, which he said mainly resulted in him cramming pizzas into his eating window before time ran out.

His slimmer appearance comes months after he performed a comedic song about Ozempic during his You’re My Best Friend Tour. However, Sandler has never suggested he used the weight-loss drug himself, and there is no indication his transformation is connected to GLP-1 medications.
