One resourceful student lived in rented accommodation for a year before realizing it wasn’t for him.
And then he built his own unique house so that he could live rent-free in the future.
His self-designed tiny home became a sensation after he gave a tour of his home and posted a video on YouTube, where it was viewed 1.9 million times.

Bradley built a house of about 25 square meters.
The stunning transformation cost $15,000, so then-22-year-old Bradley moved back into his parents’ home to save up.

With a little help from friends and a knack for turning other people’s junk into treasure, he transformed a tiny house into something truly unique in a year and a half.

His house is on a frame, so he can move at any time if necessary.
Bradley has a 5-foot wide porch with two swings, and upon entering the home you are greeted by a beautiful living and dining room, complete with a fireplace, custom sofa and TV.

There is a small attic above the living room and dining room where Bradley’s pet snake lives.
Bradley’s kitchen features a large sink, 8-foot countertops, a refrigerator, and an electric oven. There’s also a work area in the corner with a movable table in case he needs more space.

The stairs lead up to Bradley’s bed, which has a full-size mattress, a TV, a nightstand, and more storage than Bradley admits he needs.
Bradley often hosts guests and says his home can accommodate up to 25 people.
