This apartment was purchased as an investment project, with the aim of subsequently renting it out or selling it at a profit.
The interior was in far from ideal condition: old finishing materials and overcrowded rooms required renovation.
Before starting work, the space was cleared of old materials and unnecessary things.
For the redevelopment, load-bearing walls were dismantled and new partitions were created, which made it possible to optimize the space for the new design.
Hallway
The layout changes resulted in an enlarged bathroom, which slightly reduced the area of the hallway. The floor was covered with laminate, and the walls were painted white and blue.
A console appeared next to the entrance door hanging, opposite – a large mirror and a bright pouf. A dressing room without built-in furniture was also arranged, which gave future tenants freedom for personal planning.
Kitchen
The entrance to the kitchen was moved. Despite its compact size, the kitchen is equipped with everything necessary.
The corner kitchen unit with white facades is decorated with a gray-blue glossy apron. The countertop is made of laminated chipboard, and the slopes are covered with bright washable paint. The window sill is made of natural wood.
Living room
Between the kitchen and the living room there is a dining area with a round table. Light wallpaper creates coziness, and in the center of the room there is a modern sofa with a decorative panel. The TV area is still waiting for the new owners to purchase a TV.
Bedroom
To expand the bedroom, the wall was slightly shifted. In the center of the room there is a large bed, next to which there is a dressing room, 3.9 m², without built-in furniture, which allows for individual planning.
Bathroom
After the renovation, the bathroom features white tiles and orange paint on the walls. In addition, a niche was created for the washing machine, and black sanitary ware gives the interior a sophisticated look.
