New York City police officers have shown a whole new level of dedication to their work for the good of the community.
Officer Aaron Page was patrolling the streets when he encountered a homeless man in desperate need of help. After asking him to come to the station the next day, Page had a huge surprise in store for him that would change him beyond recognition!
Officer Aaron Page was on patrol when he encountered a homeless man named Bobby who was “in a tough spot.”
After meeting Bobby, Page asked him to come to the station the next morning.
When he arrived the next day, he was met by a four-man team – Officers Paige, Buckley, George Gebo and Sergeant Frank Fragapane – who had a surprise for Bobby.
They collected donated clothes and Paige brought clippers to cut and shave Bobby.
The first photos show Bobby with a thick beard, a dirty baseball cap, and old clothes. One of the photos shows Officer Paige kneeling down to help him put on his new red sneakers.
In the final photos, Bobby looks like a completely new person, with a fresh haircut and a clean face.
