“The Girl Who Became a Man”: What Does Cher’s Daughter Look Like Now, 9 Years Later?

Cher’s full name is Sherilyn Bono Allman, and she turned 73 this April.

Cher’s first child, a daughter, was born in March 1969. The girl was given the name Chastity in honor of the film’s protagonist.

Cher’s husband, Sonny Bono, who worked with her in a duet, was overjoyed with the birth of his daughter. Despite his hectic schedule, he sought to spend as much time as possible with his family.

Chastity was raised as a reserved youngster. Her peers frequently teased her because she was overweight.

It was difficult to find nice plus-size women’s apparel, so Chastity began to wear jeans and blouses more frequently. She quickly realized she had little interest in clothing or makeup.

Cher’s adult daughter revealed that she no longer has strong affections for the male half of humanity. She’s interested in female representatives.

Chastity started taking male hormones and other medications in 2008, and she later had sex reassignment surgery.

In 2010, a court judgment changed the girl’s gender and name. Chastity has legally changed her name to Chaz Bono.

It had been nine years since the sex transition. During this time, Chaz adjusted to his new status and lifestyle.

Chaz discovered a lot of intriguing things while on his long journey to attain his dream. He turned his expertise into a documentary film, which debuted in 2011, and wrote a book about his life.

Chaz is now an activist who defends people’s rights and contributes to a prominent magazine. He is 50 years old, has rapidly acclimated to his appearance, lost a few dozen pounds, and found a partner.

Chaz is pursuing a career in the film industry. He appeared in two seasons of American Horror Story and intends to continue working in this area.
