Kerstin Tristan, 56, is a mother and grandmother. But her hobbies are a little outside the realm of what might be considered the “norm” for a grandmother.
Her body is now completely covered in tattoos, and to reach this level she had to spend a lot of money.
However, she wasn’t always so fond of tattoos. In fact, she admitted that she once hated them. So what made her change her mind?
“I just wanted to try something new. You only live once, and I thought that at my age, something really special should happen,” she shared.
Since 2015, she has spent 30,000 euros (approximately $32,000) on tattoos alone. But fortunately, her choice has brought her a lot of attention and love from those around her.
Her Instagram account has amassed over 190,000 followers, and her TikTok videos receive millions of views.
Kerstin is not shy about showing off her appearance! She regularly posts photos showing her fully tattooed body.
However, ten years ago she looked completely different – she didn’t have a single tattoo. Sometimes she posts “before and after” pictures so people can see how dramatically her appearance has changed.
This German influencer has decorated her body with colorful roses on her legs, leopard print tattoos on her shoulders, and detailed portraits on her arms.
Expressing yourself shouldn’t depend on your age.
If anything, Kerstin is a great example of how age shouldn’t determine how a person expresses their individuality.
