I coughed and a strange lump came out of my throat: after realizing what it was, I immediately contacted a specialist

Today I was coughing and a strange white lump of an unusual shape came out of my throat. 😱 When I realized what it was, I was horrified and immediately contacted a specialist!

If you notice something like this in your throat, don’t delay – seek help immediately 😢 I’ll tell you what it is in the article under the photo 👇👇

Have you ever noticed white lumps in the back of your throat? Sometimes they are hard and often foul-smelling. These little nuisances can appear without warning and cause bad breath.

In fact, the problem is much more common than it might seem at first glance, but there are simple and natural ways to deal with it.

These small whitish growths that can be found in the tonsils are called caseum or tonsillitis. They are formed from food debris, dead cells and bacteria that get stuck in the recesses of the tonsils.

Over time, they harden and begin to emit an unpleasant smell reminiscent of sulfur.

These elements are rich in sulfur compounds, which create that smell reminiscent of rotten eggs. Even if you brush your teeth regularly, this is not enough to completely get rid of the problem.

How to get rid of them naturally?

Luckily, there are a few simple solutions that can help get rid of these lumps and prevent them from coming back:

Gargle with salt or soda

: Gargle with warm water with salt or soda every evening.

Optimal hydration

: Drink enough water throughout the day. A well-hydrated mouth produces more saliva, which limits the formation of caseum.

Practice good oral hygiene

: Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Use a tongue scraper to remove any buildup on your tongue.

Use dental floss to remove food debris. Use an irrigator or syringe without a needle to gently wash out the caseum if it is visible.

If lumps in the tonsils appear frequently, increase in size, cause pain, or are accompanied by other symptoms (fever, chronic sore throat), you should consult an otolaryngologist.
