The actress said that she could not bear to watch Willis sick
Actress Demi Moore has admitted that she is having a hard time dealing with the illness of her ex-husband Bruce Willis , who suffers from frontotemporal dementia. Her words are reported by The Independent.
“It’s hard! It’s unbearable to see such changes in someone who was so energetic, strong and purposeful,” the celebrity admitted.
According to the actress, she tries to treat the changes in Willis’ condition with special care and understanding. Moore believes it is important to accept people as they are now, without trying to compare them to their past state.
“Don’t expect people to be the way they were or the way you want them to be. I find this incredibly tender and loving,” the actress noted.
The celebrity also sympathized with Bruce Willis’ current wife, model Emma Heming. She expressed admiration for how Willis’ wife is coping with the situation.
“She didn’t have a game plan for how to deal with it. Emma had so much work to do and I really think she did an amazing job,” the Substance star said.
