Mary Magdalene, who previously suffered an “alien uniboob” after one of her size-38J implants ruptured earlier this year, initially downsized but has now opted for even bigger 1000cc breast implants. These are expanders, meaning they can be gradually filled with saline through a small port, allowing her to increase their size over time.
Mary said she is thrilled with the outcome, noting her nipples are now symmetrical, and she plans to carefully expand her implants in stages to reach her desired look. Unlike her earlier focus on sheer size, she says she is now prioritizing both aesthetics and safety.
She reflected on the “rollercoaster” of multiple breast surgeries, explaining that her past reductions and corrections were necessary to finally achieve proper balance. Despite once vowing to return to a natural look after her implant rupture, Mary is now committed to continuing her “big breast journey.”
Her path has been fraught with complications. She began cosmetic surgery at 21 with a botched boob job performed by a dentist in Mexico, and over the years has undergone numerous procedures including rhinoplasties, fat transfers, BBLs, butt implants, liposuction, veneers, and even a dangerous vaginal enlargement surgery to break a Guinness World Record.
Mary admits she has nearly died multiple times due to illegal operations abroad, including a severe infection that left her buttocks rotting after unsafe injections — which she once sealed with superglue. She has described her history with cosmetic surgery as an exhausting cycle that drained her health, finances, and energy, though she continues to pursue increasingly extreme body modifications.
