Dagmar Turner, a resident of the Isle of Wight in the United Kingdom and a former management consultant, had her life changed forever in 2013. Remarkably, Dagmar began regaining strength within days. Despite postoperative fatigue, she soon returned to her symphony orchestra, reclaiming the stage that had always been her second home.
In 2023, she reunited with Professor Ashkan to review footage of the operation and personally thank him for giving her not only more time, but also the ability to continue her life’s passion. The professor, himself a music enthusiast, expressed hope that one day they might perform together.
