“There’s No Way This Is Healthy”: Fans Express Concern Over Kelly Osbourne After Viral Video

Kelly Osbourne has once again sparked widespread concern among fans following a recent viral video featuring her and her 3-year-old son. While the clip was meant to capture a tender family moment, much of the online conversation quickly shifted to worries about Osbourne’s health.

The video spread rapidly across social media, with many viewers commenting on the 41-year-old’s noticeably thinner frame and pale appearance. For longtime followers, the reaction felt familiar. Over the past year, Osbourne has repeatedly found herself responding to intense public scrutiny about her body and overall well-being.

Some users urged compassion, reminding others of the difficult period she has been going through. “People mocked her when she was heavier, then she loses weight in the public eye, and now her father has passed away,” one commenter wrote. “Grief is deeply personal. Recovery can take years. Eating is often the last thing on someone’s mind, especially when posts like these keep tearing her down.”

In the footage, Osbourne is seen holding her young son, but many viewers overlooked the sweet moment and instead fixated on her appearance. Online comments pointed to her slimmer build, sunken cheeks, and pallor, with several calling her look “alarming.”

“There’s no way this is healthy,” one person commented, while another added, “I didn’t even recognize her at first.”

As the discussion grew, some speculated that weight-loss drugs could be involved. A few commenters directly referenced medications such as GLP-1s, suggesting misuse. Others pushed back strongly against those claims, urging people to show empathy instead of jumping to conclusions. “Pray for her,” one user wrote.

Many fans stepped in to defend Osbourne, emphasizing that she is still grieving the loss of her father, Ozzy Osbourne. The iconic Black Sabbath frontman died in July 2025 at age 76 from a heart attack, following a private struggle with coronary artery disease and Parkinson’s.

Addressing the criticism, Kelly spoke candidly about her emotional state. “My dad just died, and I’m doing the best that I can,” she said. “Right now, the only thing keeping me going is my family.”

Her mother, Sharon Osbourne, also publicly supported her daughter, explaining, “She’s lost her daddy. She can’t eat right now.”

Kelly later shared additional thoughts on Instagram Stories, saying she was emotionally unwell and that her life had been “completely turned upside down.”

This is far from the first time Osbourne has addressed public commentary about her body. Over the years, she has been outspoken about the toll that appearance-based criticism has taken on her. In a May 2025 interview with People, she revealed that she faced harsher judgment for her weight than for her past struggles with substance abuse.

She also recalled how, during her pregnancy with her son Sid, she largely avoided the public eye after gaining significant weight. Referencing the intense media treatment of Jessica Simpson, Osbourne admitted she was afraid of facing similar ridicule and chose to step away to protect herself.

“I didn’t want to deal with people making cruel comments,” she explained. “So I removed myself from the situation.”

While Osbourne has previously acknowledged using a GLP-1 medication in 2024, calling it “amazing,” she has consistently said that her recent weight loss is the result of emotional hardship, not medication.

“I’m getting out of bed and facing my life,” she said in a recent post. “That should be enough.”

Still, concern continues to circulate online, with one commenter summing up the mood by writing, “This feels like more than grief. Bless her.”
