A fitness influencer known online as the “Muscle Mummy” has left the internet in disbelief after sharing photos of herself before she ever stepped into the gym.
Kristina Parks, 45, is a mother of three who began her fitness journey at 35 and has since spent a decade transforming herself into a competitive bodybuilder. Over the years, she has achieved IFBB Pro champion status an impressive nine times, making her sculpted physique instantly recognizable to fans.
So when Kristina recently posted throwback images from her pre-gym days, followers were stunned by how different she looked.

The viral post featured a younger Kristina wearing a strappy pink top, noticeably softer and far from the muscular build she’s known for today. Another image showed her pregnant, dressed in a black outfit and cradling her baby bump.
The video then cut to the present day, revealing her current appearance — defined muscles, a prominent six-pack, and powerful, toned legs.
“I broke… then built myself up,” she wrote in the caption.

“I hope this helps others believe they can rise and rebuild — especially moms. You can do it. There’s only forward from where you start. I didn’t cry, drink, or feel sorry for myself. I grew stronger and more confident. Best feeling in the world.”
Her followers flooded the comments with praise. “I can’t believe how far you’ve come — so inspiring,” one wrote, while another added, “I never would’ve guessed that was your starting point. Incredible.”
Kristina now boasts 16-inch biceps and an estimated 42 pounds of muscle, which she also showcases on OnlyFans, earning between $14,000 and $20,000 a month.
She has previously shared that personal hardship pushed her in that direction. “I discovered some awful things about my husband, and he disappeared,” she told Media Drum World. “I turned to cam work to support my children.”
Bullied as a child, Kristina said weight training became her “armor,” helping her feel protected and empowered. However, her relationship with food wasn’t always healthy. She admitted to frequently forgetting to eat, followed by periods of binge eating and heavy drinking that could exceed 3,000 calories in a day.
Everything changed at 35, when she found a fitness approach that finally worked for her.
As a New Year’s resolution, she began waking up at 4am to do fasted cardio — exercising on an empty stomach — and quickly became hooked on seeing results.
“Once I committed, I was addicted to how good I felt and how strong I became,” she said.
Today, Kristina eats six meals a day totaling around 2,000 calories, including foods like oatmeal, eggs, almond butter, chicken, turkey, and sweet potatoes. She also never skips a workout, combining 90 minutes of fasted cardio with intense heavy-weight training.
