Reality Dating Show Contestant Jardyn “Pee Wee” Walker Dies at 23

Jardyn “Pee Wee” Walker, a former contestant on the reality dating series Two Ways with Erica Mena, has died at the age of 23. Walker was found fatally shot in an alley in Missouri on January 21.

According to the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department, Walker was reported missing the previous day after he failed to meet his sister at an Amazon facility in Hazelwood, where she was supposed to give him a ride home. When he didn’t arrive, she contacted authorities, prompting an investigation.

Walker, who had recently appeared on Erica Mena’s Zeus Network dating show, was working as a delivery driver in the area at the time. University City Police later requested assistance from St. Louis Metro Police, which led officers to an alley where a body was discovered in the early morning hours of January 21. The individual was pronounced dead at the scene and later identified as Walker.

Police stated that officers had responded to reports of gunfire in the same area late the night before and observed a vehicle fleeing the scene. The vehicle was later stopped, and 27-year-old Jamaal Jones was taken into custody. Authorities allege that Jones was in possession of a firearm and subsequently arrested. He now faces charges including first-degree murder, armed criminal action, and evidence tampering.

Two Ways with Erica Mena, which premiered on the Zeus Network in February 2025, featured 18 contestants competing for Mena’s affection. Walker finished fourth in the competition.

Mena later shared a tribute on Instagram, mourning Walker as well as Saiveon Hopkins—the contestant she selected in the show’s finale, who was killed in September 2024. “You were both so young, so gifted, so full of dreams,” she wrote. “The world failed you.”
