Jennifer Aniston has fully embraced a peaceful, Zen-inspired lifestyle — revamping her $21 million Bel Air estate into a calming sanctuary tailored to her hypnotist boyfriend, Jim Curtis.
Just months after confirming their relationship on Instagram, the actress expanded the tranquil features of her home to better reflect Curtis’ mindfulness-centered way of living. The highlight? An enhanced Japanese rock garden designed for reflection and meditation. The serene corner includes strategically placed stones, a bubbling water-pot fountain, a white stone pagoda, and meticulously raked black gravel forming circular patterns — the ultimate quiet escape for the spiritually minded pair.

Aniston, 57, also introduced a large sundial mounted on the pool house wall, adding to the contemplative atmosphere. Nearby, oversized black loungers sit beside a sculpted bonsai tree, creating another peaceful nook for unwinding outdoors.
For more intimate moments, the property features a cozy seating area for two, centered around a candle and framed by sculptural beaked yucca plants — an ideal setting for low-key date nights. And when it’s time to entertain, a sizable barbecue station near the pool ensures the space is equally suited for hosting friends.
Curtis, who has spent more than 20 years working in wellness and hypnotherapy, can take full advantage of the lush grounds. The expansive backyard flows into manicured lawns, a sunlit rectangular pool, a spacious wooden deck, and a pool house — all within the 10,000-square-foot property that remains Aniston’s primary residence despite last year’s home security scare.

She divides her downtime there with Curtis, who splits his time between Los Angeles and New York. While she’s added personal touches, much of the estate remains as it was when she purchased it in 2011 — including a luxury kennel and play area for her three dogs: Clyde, Lord Chesterfield, and Sophie.
The Bel Air mansion, once shared with ex-husband Justin Theroux before their 2018 divorce, has evolved into Aniston’s private oasis.
Her relationship with Curtis appears to be thriving. The couple was recently spotted together at Godmothers Bookstore in Summerland for one of Curtis’ wellness events, looking relaxed and affectionate. Curtis, who has previously spoken about spinal cord lesions discovered in his early twenties — a condition that can affect his mobility — was seen arriving with a clipboard in hand.

They celebrated their first Valentine’s Day together earlier this year, and their romance has steadily progressed since they were first linked during a 2025 trip to Mallorca over the Fourth of July weekend. Curtis later shared on the Today show that they’ve been together for nearly a year.
He also publicly supported Aniston at the season three premiere of her Apple TV+ series The Morning Show in September 2025.

Though typically private about her personal life, Aniston opened up about Curtis in a November interview with Elle, praising his work and character.
She described him as “extraordinary,” noting his dedication to helping people work through trauma and find clarity. According to Aniston, his commitment to healing and growth is “a beautiful thing to dedicate your life to.”
