Lauren Sánchez Bezos has surprised fans after revealing she would be open to having another child with husband Jeff Bezos, even saying she would welcome a baby “tomorrow.”
The Emmy-winning journalist, 56, made the candid remark during an interview with The New York Times, where she spoke about her family life and her blended household with the Amazon founder. “I would have another one tomorrow. Tomorrow,” she said, adding enthusiastically that she would not hesitate to expand their family.

Sánchez Bezos and Bezos, 62, married in a lavish ceremony in Venice on June 27, celebrating their union alongside family and friends in a highly publicized event. Together, they have formed a blended family of seven children from previous relationships, something she has often described as one of the most meaningful aspects of their relationship.

Bezos shares four children with his former wife MacKenzie Scott, while Sánchez Bezos has three children of her own: son Nikko with former NFL player Tony Gonzalez, and son Evan and daughter Ella from her previous marriage to talent agent Patrick Whitesell.

Reflecting on their wedding in earlier interviews, Sánchez Bezos said one of the most emotional highlights was not the luxury or celebrity-filled guest list, but the involvement of their children. She recalled how all of them gave speeches, making the day deeply personal and memorable.

She also shared a touching story about her son, who once struggled in school but wrote the simple sentence “I can do this,” which she later turned into a motivational sign displayed in their home. During the wedding, her son spoke about how meaningful that gesture was to him, a moment she described as one of the most powerful of the entire celebration.
Ultimately, Sánchez Bezos emphasized that beyond the glamour of the event, what mattered most was witnessing their children express themselves openly and share their feelings, calling it an emotional reminder of the strength and unity of their blended family.
