Alongside the visuals, Melanie C revealed there was significant pressure behind the scenes of the project. She admitted that she took what she described as a “big and expensive risk” during production, explaining that part of the music video was filmed before clearance had been secured for a sample. Thankfully, she added, the gamble ultimately paid off.
To celebrate the countdown to the album’s release on May 1, she also shared a playful moment enjoying a custom cake decorated with her own image and miniature dumbbells, writing excitedly, “Prepare to SWEAT! Two weeks to go!”
