Kris Jenner turned heads during a recent spa visit in Los Angeles, debuting an especially smooth and tightened appearance following reports about her costly cosmetic enhancements.
The 70-year-old reality TV matriarch looked noticeably refreshed as she stepped out wearing tortoiseshell sunglasses and a casual brown hooded sweatshirt. She appeared to be makeup-free, though her cheeks were rosy—possibly from a facial treatment—after visiting 7Q Spa Laser & Aesthetics Center.

The clinic, which has locations in Glendale and Calabasas, offers a variety of beauty procedures including Botox, facial contouring, fillers, and laser hair removal. Jenner completed the look with her signature dark bob hairstyle.
The outing comes amid reports that the Kardashian-Jenner family manager is unhappy with the results of her reported $100,000 facelift, which was unveiled last year. Sources claim she feels the effects are beginning to fade sooner than expected and is now considering a revision procedure.

Jenner first sparked buzz over her dramatically refreshed look in Paris while attending daughter Kim Kardashian’s robbery trial. Her facelift was reportedly performed by celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Steven M. Levine, whose procedures are said to begin at $45,000.

According to insiders, Jenner has become increasingly dissatisfied and is comparing her results to other celebrity transformations. One source claimed she had hoped the procedure would last longer and is eager to improve the outcome.
Jenner has openly discussed cosmetic work in the past. During an episode of The Kardashians, she joked to Kim that her nose is “probably the only thing” on her face that is natural. Kim responded by pointing out that her mother’s teeth are also real and that she has never had veneers.

In a 2025 interview, Jenner explained that she underwent the facelift because she wanted to feel like the best version of herself. She added that aging gracefully means different things to different people, and for her, cosmetic procedures are simply part of her personal approach.
