Dick Van Dyke looked full of energy and in great spirits during a cheerful new public appearance alongside his wife, Arlene Silver, just months after celebrating his 100th birthday in December 2025.
The beloved Mary Poppins star attended a charity event where he was seated in the front row, dressed casually in a black patterned shirt, khaki trousers, black shoes, and a cap, with his cane by his side. In a video shared online, Dick could be seen happily moving to the music, showing that his passion for performing remains as strong as ever.

Arlene, 54, sat beside him wearing a colorful top layered under a khaki jacket with jeans and black shoes. Also nearby was legendary musician Herb Alpert, 91, who warmly introduced himself before the event got underway.
The clip was posted by Dick’s personal photographer, who captured the sweet moment during the groundbreaking celebration for a new urgent care center in Malibu.
Dick and Arlene, who married in 2012, first met backstage at the Screen Actors Guild Awards in 2006. Speaking recently about their relationship, the actor said he continues to fall more in love with her every day and credited Arlene for helping him through many challenges over the years. He also joked that she only grows more beautiful with time.
Although Dick has spoken honestly about the physical realities of aging, he remains committed to staying active. He revealed that he still tries to work out several times a week, saying movement and music are key parts of his routine. According to the star, his favorite way to move between gym machines is by singing and dancing.
