Man Builds Amazing House That Looks Like A Real Hobbit House: Take a Look Inside

This man built a mystical little house that resembles a real hobbit house 😯 The roof is covered with colorful moss, inside you will find colorful knitted blankets, fine china, windows with crossbars and tables made from tree trunks 😍 Everything is like in a fairy tale 💖 Take a look inside!

When Stuart Grant built his dream home, he never imagined that his home would resemble the magical home that many people recognize.

I think any Lord of the Rings fan would definitely want to visit – and maybe even live – in this fantastic house near Tomey, Scotland.

The Hobbit House first appeared online when Grant’s nephew shared photos of his uncle’s magical home, which resembled Bilbo Baggins’ (the hero of JRR Tolkien’s The Hobbit) home on screen.

The house already looks impressive from the outside, but the interior holds even more surprises.

It’s hard to believe, but Grant hadn’t seen any of the cult films when he started construction.

In fact, he started building the house in 1984. At that time, he was also financially insolvent, which made those days even more difficult.

Grant planned to live in a country house located near the current location of Casa Hobbit. Instead, he decided to move into his barn, which hosted various animals such as a cow, turkey, calf, donkey, and several chickens.

Despite all the difficulties, Grant was able to transform it into a fantastic house that no longer bears any resemblance.

The roof is now covered with living moss and the walls below are covered with ivy.

Inside, you’ll find colorful crocheted blankets, fine china, curved windows, and tables made from tree trunks.

The bathroom has a washing machine and a corner near the toilet, completely lined with wood.
