Hallway
The owner chose a light palette to visually enlarge the space. The walls were painted snow-white, and the floor was covered with large-format porcelain tiles.
The new light entrance door complements the interior. For convenience, shoe racks and clothes hooks are installed at the entrance. Instead of a passage to the kitchen, a cozy laundry room was created.
Living room
The living room was divided into functional zones: rest, work and sleep. A spacious storage closet was placed at the entrance. In the center of the room there is a corner sofa, which serves as a sleeping place at night.
A work area was set up behind the sofa, and a recreation area was created near the kitchen. White walls and laminate flooring support the minimalist style.
Kitchen
The kitchen has remained within its former boundaries, but has acquired a modern sliding door made of plywood. The porcelain stoneware floor matches the furniture, where the upper facades are white, and the lower ones are a rich green shade.
A tiled apron with contrasting grout adds an accent. The cozy dining area is complemented by a banquette with storage space.
Bathroom
Instead of a bathtub, they opted for a practical shower corner, maintaining a sense of spaciousness.
The owner is proud of his small, but functional and stylish home, which has become a cozy home.
